Identifies the customer you wish to retrieve bills for.

Specifies which page to display (i.e. 3rd page of 50 items out of 1000 items)

Specifies the record index to start from (zero-based), ordered newest to oldest. Note: this is not the starting page (i.e. a value of 2 would start you on the third bill in the overall list and then list the next X number of bills as defined by the page_size parameter).
